I have been fighting for justice and singing since I remember myself, and combining the two was always a dream for me. Creating music with extremely musical and professional singers and musicians, collaborating with different known artists, and bringing important stories to raise awareness for different issues are the things that lead me to join Tonality. I am honored to be a part of this community that sings full-hearted and with intention.
Music is one of the most universal languages, and vocal music is the one that gets to us in the deepest way. Having a group formed by dedicated, high-level singers, is such a powerful vehicle to deliver such important stories and issues. The diversity of the ensemble contributes to the rich and vibrant storytelling perspectives and the musical colors.
I am looking forward to bringing this incredibly beautiful and meaningful music to life with my colleagues. I hope to move the audience to find more kindness in themselves, and to inspire them to demand justice and to act against individual and systemic injustice. I also hope their hearts and souls will be filled with hope and energy.
